Ingredients:
Beef
Beef stock
Onion
Mushrooms
Buckweat
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
Crushed chilli
Tomato paste
Directions:
Cut meat, add salt and pepper
Cut onion, garlic, mushrooms
Hit the oil on the big shallow frying pan
add meat
saute until golden brown
Hit the oil on the deep frying pan
saute onion
add garlic
add mushrooms
add beef to the onion, garlic an mushrooms
Add beef stock
Add tomato paste (a little)
Add crushed chilli/chilli (a little)
Stew 1 hour
Add buckweat - cover equally
Add carefuly beef stock (Buckweat:beefstock = 1:2)
Dont mix
Make it boil
Decrease to low - medium-low
Evaporate water
Mix
