Buckwheat with mushrooms
Ingredients:
mushrooms: 300g
buckwheat: 400 ml
onion: 2
garlic: 0.5 head
carrots: 2
oil
salt pepper
hot water/stock: 800ml
a little bit of chilli (optional)
Directions:
Cut the onion in semirings
Cut the garlic finely
Cut the mushrooms in cubes
grade the carrots
Saute onion
Add garlic, carrots, mushrooms
add a little bit chilli (optional)
Add buckwheat, hot water/stock, salt/pepper
Cook on low heat (approximately 20 minutes) under the lid
