Baked eggplants with mushrooms

Ingredients
eggplant: 4
onion: 2
carrot: 1
garlic: 1/2 of head
pickled ground pepper/chilli: (to taste)
tomato paste: 2 tbs
oil
salt, pepper

Directions
Finely cut the onion and garlic.
Cut the egglants in cubes.
Cut the mushrooms in cubes.
Saute the onion.
Add carrot, garlic, eggplants, mushrooms.
Add chili, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Place eggplants with mushroom in a baking bowl.
Add sour cream.
Preheat an oven.
Bake in temperature of 180C for 25-30 minutes.
