Fried zucchini
For frying, you need to choose medium-sized zucchini with small grains. Peel the zucchini, cut into slices about 1 cm thick, season with salt, roll in flour and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown.
If, after frying, the zucchini turns out to be harsh, they must be covered with a lid and left in this form over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Ready zucchini can be poured with sour cream and allowed to boil, or sour cream can be served separately.
