STUFFED CAPSICUM
Ingredients:
Capsicum: 7 pc
Stuffing:
Mince (beef, pork or mixture) 500g
Onion: 1-2
garlic: 1/2 - 1 head
Carrot: 1-2
Mushrooms: 100-150g (optional)
Tomato paste: 2-3 table spoons
Jasmine rice: 250-300g

Herbs (optional, to taste)
Sour cream: 2-3 table spoons
Salt, pepper
Prepare stuffing:
Cook 200g of jasmine rice unitil semi-ready state.
Big shallow frying pan:
Saute onion, garlic, carrot, mushrooms.
Add mince.
Add tomato paste.
Add salt, pepper.
Mix well.
When stuffing is ready add rice.
Mix well.
Stuff capsicum with stuffing.
Deep sausepan:
Saute onion, garlic, carrot.
Add tomato paste.
Add peeled cutted tomatoes
Add salt, pepper, herbs.
Add sour cream.
Place stuffed capsicum into the deep saucepan.
Add water/stock
Medium - low-medium cooking for 40-50 minutes.
