Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
Beef: 1kg
Mushrooms: 0.5-0.8 kg
Flour: 6 spoons
Onion: 3
Garlic: 1 head
tomato paste: 2-3 tbsp
Beef Stock/vegetables stock as required
Sour Cream: 4-5 table spoons
Oil
Pepper
Salt
coriander seeds: a little bit
chmeli suneli: a little bit
parsley/dill
Directions:
Cut meat into strips
Add salt, peppers. Mix.
Cut onions, garlic, mushrooms in quaters
fry the meat until golden-brown on a separate frying pan
saute onion until golden-brown
add garlic, tomato paste, mix well
add
some amount of beef stock to avoid burning
mushrooms and let them sweat for a minute

decrease cooking to medium-low/low
add herbs and spices
low heat cooking at least 1-1.5-2 hours mixing every 30 minutes until meat is tender
add sour cream
low/low-medium cooking for 30 minutes
salt, pepper
serve with mash potato, pasta or pearl barley.
