Cottage pie
Ingredients:
Mince: 1 kg
mushrooms: 0.5kg
onion: 3
garlic: 1 head
tomato paste
tomato sauce
pickled pepper/chili: 1-2 table spoons
frozen vegetables (pea, corn, carrot)
paprika
potato: 11 or 12
sour cream
butter
salt, white and black pepper
Directions:
boil potato
mash potato
add butter, sour cream, salt, pepper to mash potato
don't add milk
Cut the onion, garlic, mushrooms
add salt and pepper to the mince and mix
saute onion, garlic
add mince, mushrooms, paprika, tomato paste and pickled pepper/chili
add frozen vegetables (pea, corn, carrot)
place the mince and mushrooms on the baking plate
level the mince and mushroom with a fork
cover the mince and mushrooms with mash potato
level potato with a fork
bake 200C for 30 minutes
