Cutlets

Ingredients:
For 9-12 pieces
Minced meat: 500 g
Soaked and pressed bread: 200 g
Onions: 1-2
Garlic: 4 cloves
Potato: 1
Egg: 1
Salt:
Black pepper:
Frying oil
It's better to use combination of different meat (beef/pork/chicken) for mince


Directions:
Cut 4-5 slices of bread and cut off the edges.
Transfer to a deep bowl and cover with water.
Place mince to a deep bowl.
Add blended (grated) onions and potato.
Add pressed or finely chopped garlic.
Add squeesed bread. Ideally, the ratio of pressed bread to meat should be 40%.
Now add salt and black pepper.
Add 1 blended potato.
Mix the minced meat with your hands. Stir well.
When the mass has become more or less homogeneous, beat it off.
Form cutlets.
Take flour and roll the cutlet in it.
Place cutlets on a big shallow frying pan with hot oil.
Fry over medium heat on both sides until tender.
