Roast lamb leg
Ingredients:
lamb leg
garlick
olive oil
rosemary/thyme/mint
onion
leek
celery
+/- red korean pepper/paprika
white and black pepper
Pepper whole
salt
Pickled pepper/crashed chilli (not much)
lemon
aluminium foil
Directions:
Separate meat from bones
make stock from bones
peel the garlic, cut longitudinally on the 2 halfs, add salt
Fill meat with garlic
take an oven plate
add a little bit olive oil on the bottom
Place meat filled with garlic
add herbs, pepper whole
Salt, black pepper, white pepper
Lemon
Olive Oil
+/-paprika or korean red pepper
+/- Pickled pepper/crashed chilli (not much)
place near the meet the onion (cutted in halfs), celery, leek, other stuff
add 1/3 of oven plate of stock
cover with alluminium foil or a good lid
bake in the oven for 2 hours 180-190 C
served with mashed potato
