Fried fish marinated

Ingredients:
Fish: 1 kg
flour
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
marinade:
carrots: 3
onions: 2
garlic: 6 cloves
can of diced tomato: 1
tomato paste: 2 table spoons
flour: 1-2 tbl spoons
lemon (optional)
sugar: 0,5 tsp
vegetable oil
salt
herbs of your choice


Preparation:

Fish:
Peel the fish.
Cut fish into pieces.
Salt and pepper fish pieces.
Leave on for 30 minutes.
Roll in flour.
Fry in vegetable oil.
Place the fish in a mold.

Cooking the marinade:
Cut the onion into half rings.
Grate the carrots.
Peel and chop garlic finely.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil.
Add garlic and herbs
Add carrots.
Add diced tomato and tomato paste
Add sugar
Salt and pepper.
Simmer until ready.

Put the hot marinade on the fish.
Cool down.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
