Mussels

Ingredients:
fresh mussels: 1 kg
olive oil
onion: 1
garlic: 3 cloves
fresh tomato: 3 or a can of diced tomatoes
white wine
parsley/dill/herbs: (optional)
pepper
a good lid for a frying pan

Directions:
cut the onion, garlic and tomatoes on the small pieces
saute the onion
Add tomato, garlic, herbs, white wine
add mussels
cover with a lid
dispose the unopened mussels
