Cauliflower, Carrot, Potato Soup

Ingredients:
Stock: 2-2.5l
Cauliflower: 0.5
Carrot: 2-3
Potato: 4-5
Onioin: 1-2
Garlic: 1 head
Salt, herbs, spices

Optional ingredients:
sweet potato: 0.5-1
parsnip: 1
turnip: 1
chilli
green peas (frozen)
corn kernells (frozen)
Leek
Greens
Sour Cream

Directions:
Remove fat and filter the stock
Place stock in the pot.

Add:
cauliflower, carrot, potato
+/- sweat potato. parsnip, turnip, chilli
onion, garlic, +/- leek (remove it after cooking)

At the end of cooking add:
+/- frozen peas, corn kernells
salt, herbs and spices

Could be served with sour cream and greens
