Vegetarian soup with spinach stock
Ingredients:
potato stock (use potato for other purposes)
spinach stock (use spinach for other purposes)
Sweed: 1
Parsnip: 1
Carrots: 2
Potato: 3
Sweet potato: 1
Cauliflower: as necessary
Celery: 3 stalks
Onion: 3-4
Leek: 1
Garlic: 1 head
frozen peas
Greens: Parsley/dill
Directions:
take potato stock
add vegetable stock/water if necessary
bring it to a boil
decrease heat to low
peel/cut in pieces in the next order: sweed, parsnip, carrots, potato, sweet potato, cauliflower, celery
add peeled onion (to remove it at the end)
add a head of garlic (with a cutted top to remove it at the end)
add leek (to remove it at the end)
add peas (almost at the end)
add spinach stock (almost at the end)
greens (parsley/dill)
